Movies

The feature film is the art form of our time. At no other time has the medium of film been so advanced and present, as it is today. In addition to all the negative effects attached to this medium, it also has the potential to intensively influence a person within 45 to 120 minutes and to sustainably change his or her view of himself and the world. With a good movie, questions can be raised and new thoughts can be stimulated. I think that this medium should also be used psychotherapeutically for this reason to widen someone’s view and awareness. In the following, I therefore point out some films that may be of interest to you.
